岗位职责
重点:产品研发、数据管理以及售后服务
研发项目的管理
协调并且支持悬挂部件以及样品的测试安装
售后市场以及赛车运动的标准产品目录的管理(弹簧、减震器、稳定杆、车轮垫片等)
指导目前市场以及产品相关的开发,积极开发新产品以及产品列表;定期向上级汇报
与客户的研发技师配合沟通,开发并且维护关系网
技术和商业的售后支持
在展会、客户培训和活动中代表公司和展示产品
评估培训需求并针对持续性进步进行分析
为客户及同事提供技术培训
保证工作质量并且及时达成任务
部门之间互相配合
主管要求的一般行政工作

流利地英语说、写能力
技术背景:例如机械工程、工程学位更佳
有汽车行业的背景知识和浓厚兴趣

R&Dtechnician
Focus: Product development, data management and Aftersales service
Your tasks:
Managementof development projects
Coordination and support of test fitting ofsuspension components and prototypes
Management of standard product catalogues for theaftermarket and motorsports (Springs, Shock absorbers, Stabilizer bars, WheelSpacer, etc.)
Monitoring of current market and product relateddevelopments, active building of new product and application list; regularreporting to superiors
Collaborationand communication with customers` R&D and technicians, network building andmaintenance
Aftersales support, both technical and commercial
Representcompany and our products at exhibitions, and customer training and events
Assessmentof training needs and analysis of potential for continuous improvement
Carryout technical training for customers and colleagues
Bearresponsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks
Coordinationof touchpoints between departments
Generaladministrative tasks as required by superior
Your Qualifications:
Excellent English in speaking and writing
Technicalbackground, e.g. mechanical engineering; engineering degree is a plus
Background knowledge and strong interest in theautomotive industry or similar industries
Abilityto work independently with a strong awareness of customer service
Teamplayer qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Profoundknowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
Drivinglicense (confident to drive on the highway)
Mobility(business travel within China)
Enthusiasmfor cars and performance industry
